Hi, Same problem here: After reattaching it, and running several head cleaning operations 9 total , I am now having a new problem. How do I start from the very beginning, such as getting the carriage in the best position? My printer is still under warranty and I was told that they do not manufacture the CX anymore. My interpretation is that the print head does great as it traverses the paper in one direction, then shuts down going in the other direction. I decided to call pre-order support or whatever it is called and ask what exaclty “refurbished” meant. How do I get to the hose to reconnect it?
